  16. I would like to know how the type convertion is applied on compiled programs
  17. (binary file, such .exe on WinNT) from Icon. Actually, I know that the type
  18. convertion is made in run time. But I cannot figure out how they generate
  19. code for it. Is the run time system included in every executables?
